Welcome to your new standard of smooth. 🌟🌹APPOINTMENT PREP & INFO🌹🌟 Before: Hair must be at least ¼ inch long. Exfoliate 24–48 hours prior and arrive with clean, dry skin (no lotions or oils). Requested appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text and email. After: Avoid heat, sweating, and friction for 24 hours. CANCELLATION POLICY
KS Envy Appointment Policy By booking an appointment with KS Envy, you agree to the following: • A valid card on file is required for brand new clients to book all appointments. • Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a reservation. Appointments are only confirmed after approval by KS Envy. • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize KS Envy to charge the card on file for applicable fees.
